This is one of my absolute favorite works, and I’ve had this idea for quite some time. Those familiar with my playing may be shocked to see low flutes in any arrangement of mine. While I’ve made an exception to the “no low flutes” rule, I stand staunchly in my position that they should be heard, and not seen.
